Section 252

(1)

A payment made, transaction entered into or any other thing done, in good faith by or with the consent of the administrator of a company in administration, shall not be set aside in a liquidation of the company.

(2)

Sections 412 , 413, 414, 415, 416, 417 and 418 shall not apply to a transaction by a company in administration or deed administration if the transaction is –

(a)

carried out by or with the authority of the administrator or deed administrator; or

(b)

authorised or permitted by the deed of company arrangement and carried out by the deed administrator.
