247. Approval of pre-administration Costs

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

An administrator shall be entitled to receive payment of pre-administration costs -

(a)

as may be agreed by the creditors, in such manner as may be prescribed; or

(b)

as may be determined by the court, in the absence of agreement by the creditors under paragraph (a).
