437. Extension of time period

(1)

Where the exercise of a right is subject to a stay

(however described) under this Act, any time period for the exercise of that right shall be extended by the duration of the stay.

(2)

Nothing in subsection (1) shall aﬀect any restriction or limitation on the exercise of a right, or the termination of a right, under this Act.
