452. Enforcement of court orders

(1)

Any order of the court under this Act may be enforced in the same manner in which a decree of the court made in any suit pending in that court may be enforced.

(2)

Where any order of the court under this Act is sought to be enforced by any other court –

(a)

a certified copy of the order shall be sufficient evidence of the order; and

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency

(b)

upon production of such a certified copy, the other court shall take the requisite steps in the matter to enforce the order, in the same manner as if it had been made by that other court.
